As this week is International Women’s Day, we share with you the video about the fifth of the SDGs:
gender equality
.
We call gender equality to a situation in which all peopleRegardless of their gender, they have the same opportunities, rights and benefits and are treated with respect in all aspects of their lives. Equality is not only a fundamental human rightIt is not only a fundamental human right, but one of the foundations for building a peaceful and sustainable world.
Although much progress has been madewomen and girls around the world still do not have access to the same opportunities as men. To put an end to this situation, it is important to reform certain laws, revise certain customs and promote policies that will put end the injustices against all women and girls around the world.
