Check if your subscription is Active – iOS

 

  1. Close the Smile and Learn app
  2. Go to settings > [your name] > iTunes Store and App Store
  3. Click the Apple ID at the top of the screen and then click: See Apple ID. You may have to log in with your Apple ID
  4. Click “Subscriptions” (if you do not have any subscriptions, this option will not appear).
  5. Check that the subscription to Smile and Learn is there
  6. If you want to cancel your subscription click on cancel subscription
  7. If the subscription is there and you still do not have access to all the content, send an email stating what device are you using and your Apple ID email address to: support@smileandlearn.com
